"We have been contracting for services with Lynn Sampson and
Advanced Business Intervention since December 19, 2011. They do both Oregon Department of Transportation CDL random
testing, and new hire drug testing for Oregon Trail Electric Cooperative employees.
In the past
we've found it difficult to find providers of these services for our four rural district offices. Advanced Business
